Throughout my life, I’ve experienced a lot of loss—and with it, the kind of regret that lingers. Life can shift in a heartbeat. The truth is, I didn’t always have photos of the people and moments I loved most. The adventures, the giggles, the “you had to be there” memories... they slipped by undocumented.

So when I picked up a camera in 2013, I photographed everything—big moments, quiet ones, and the in-between. Eventually, friends and family asked me to capture their stories too. Sitting in the front row for people’s most meaningful moments has always felt like the deepest honor.

Over time, life continued to shape me: laughter with my mom, the gentle love of my grandmother, wild adventures in the Sawtooths with my husband and our doodle, Enzo. Then came our son Henry, and with him—motherhood, and a deeper understanding of how life’s biggest milestones are stitched together by tiny, sacred pauses.
